  I had an exceptional experience working with Wilson AC & Appliance. Marissa helped me find the exact unit that I was looking for a reasonable price, and an associate even found me a rebate for the installation (which was also very quick and professional)! I was able to support a local business, which makes me feel good too. I highly recommend Wilson AC & Appliance.

  We just complete our kitchen renovation and couldn't be more pleased. First, Carol is just amazing. She was great at helping us make decision when we became overwhelmed with terrific choices. She was very detailed and caught everything that was needed to make the renovation come out perfect. She provided outstanding customer service and communications. She is nothing short of amazing. Mike, the owner of Austin Custom Remodeling was also fantastic. Mike's communications and customer service is excellent. The quality of Matt and the team's work is unmatched. And, everyone was just fun to work with. They were helpful and always were willing to go the extra effort to get us what we wanted. Renovating a kitchen is not fun because you are out of everything for several weeks but everyone associated with our job did everything they could to make it as easy as possible. And, it turned out fantastic! Our thanks to everyone involved.

  Wilson Appliance did a great job finding the perfectly sized panel ready dishwasher to replace the one that could not be fixed. They were great at responding promptly and communicating the delivery and install. They delivery guys were great! They made sure the new dishwasher with panel lined up perfectly with the existing cabinets and all was working properly before they left.

  Placing a call to Wilson at AC & Appliance, I found them to be spectacular to work with. They accommodated some unusual needs. I could not make it to the showroom, so they looked at my needs, and made some excellent recommendations. After choosing the make and model, they communicated well with me through ordering and payment, still no trip to the showroom. The installers, Christian and Cook, we're FIRST CLASS. They were extremely friendly, and also extremely EFFICIENT. They took my old stove away, put the new one in, introduced me to the features, and all in good time.

  I had no ideas that they had items in my price range! It was so great working with Marissa and the installers were clean and efficient. We replaced Oven, Cooktop, and Hood….Don’t drive all over town get what you need at a great price with knowledgeable staff! I ❤️ Wilson’s!
