Reids has a super friendly and helpful staff. We've had the great fortune to be with them 2 years now and they have been awesome. We had a nightmare experiences with Jack Brown and Reids is NOTHING like JB. Reids has always been attentive and will own up to anything if they fall short, which is extremely rare. Resolutions are super quick and very equitable. I wish all businesses were as fair and customer centered as Reids.
1.5 years ago, I took my simple wedding dress to get altered here and it was ready within a week. I was very pleased and plan to bring another dress there soon.
