I have been a customer of Viks since it first opened. I took my partners Rolex I bought him 25 years ago and wanted to see if Vik can add a diamond bezel to it for a 60th birthday gift . Vik got back with me with quote and timeframe. I decided to go with Viks due to trust his commitment to his customers. After dropping off the watch a few weeks later I got a call that it was ready. Way ahead of promise date. The Rolex watch was the stunning after Viks added the diamond bezel. Thanks Viks for making this special gift to my partner.

Vik is a GEM! (Pun intended) He truly is a diamond in the rough (pun intended). Such a humble, golden soul and a pleasure to work with. I had him replace 7 tiny diamonds in my ring and (knowing the type of big ticket work he does) he got it done with an honest, fair price and quicker than estimated!
