I had an issue with my Chrysler Pacifica which was significant enough to required the entire engine to be replaced. Having received quotes from the Chrysler dealer as well as another large independent shop, I contacted Morgan from a referral, and am so grateful I did. The pricing was very competitive so I had some expectation that I may have issues with workmanship or professionalism... it was very quickly evident that that was not the case, Morgan and his team didn't miss a beat on anything!

Having sourced a replacement motor, it was returned as it did not meet Morgan's standards, his focus was far more on doing the job correctly than doing it quickly which is a refreshing change, I was kept informed about progress and any issues throughout. When a suitable motor was located, it was installed and then Morgan really showed his quality as he had to learn all the nuances of this specific vehicle to get everything working to original specifications.
