Pleasant, easy, quick. Kayla was great. No wasted time. Would not rent anywhere else.

Exceptional customer service is a rare to come by these days, but WOW did Kayla do an AMAZING job yesterday. She made the reservation process so simple and enjoyable; we were in/out in about 30 minutes. She explained everything to us up front, so there were no hidden fees we weren't expecting.

The grounds were clean, and obviously are kept up with. We really enjoyed the automatic doors, elevators and carts. It literally took us about 4-5 hours to load our U-Haul and only barely 1 hour to place into storage.

The climate-controlled area is monitored with cameras for added peace of mind and all doors are locked with a keypad. The storage facility itself was very clean.

10/10 would recommend to family or friends, my ONLY wish was that they had a vending machine or water fountain onsite--we were very thirsty for some cold water after moving. I can rest easy knowing for a fact that my items are SAFE and SECURE.

I loved the easy online set up. The clean and well kept site made me at ease about leaving my things there.

Storage was clean and air conditioned. No one in the area had any storage. My granddaughter attends Texas State and needed a small rental space due to moving. This company was able to accommodate us when no one else could!

Dina and Karen were amazing! Good customer service is hard to find these days and they were definitely the example of excellent customer service and knowledge. They helped us through a stressful situation and we left there not only with what we needed but with a more positive outlook on life itself. Thank you to both of them for being what we need in a time of need! Highly recommended!

Really like this Starbucks location. Always clean, and the baristas are great. I'm a regular at this point and get to have a nice conversation whenever I come in.

Awesome and fast service! Even when the line is backed up onto the frontage road, they get you through quick, and they are all so nice!

I absolutely love this place! They always greet me when I arrive with smiling faces behind those masks. My order is right and waiting for me upon arrival. I feel like royalty when greeted by name and nice notes telling me to have a nice day. Oh my dogs even love this place lol, they give them a puppaccino (whip cream). The place is clean and moves faster than some other locations I've been too.

This Starbucks is my favorite place of all the one I have gone too. The service is great and they are very friendly especially for being open at 5 am and you see their smile when they give you your coffee . It helps to start your day with a good smile and have great day. Thank you guys keep up the good work.
