I have been hesitant to try chiropractic care for several reasons but recently found myself with multiple issues that I could not manage anymore.
I was referred to Emily at Benavida and I could not be happier with her care. Even issues that I didn’t realize could be treated with chiropractic care she has treated. Let’s see…right shoulder limited range of motion, jacked up knee, weird pain in my chest these do not include the back and hip pain. Fast forward a month and I literally ran up the Stadium bleachers without even thinking and realized my knee didn’t hurt. I have not been able to go up
or down stairs in years without a sharp pain stopping me in my tracks. You must be considering chiropractic care or you would not be reading the reviews. Just make the appointment and start feeling better, you won’t regret it!

Dr. Lain and Dr. Brignac are great practitioners who have helped me manage and even resolve most of my chronic lower back pain. I was skeptical at first because I had never been to a chiropractor before, but I am happy that I went to see them. They set realistic expectations and I felt well informed about what to expect with my therapy. Friendly, informative, and helpful.
