Stepping Stone School - Plum Creek/Buda

My daughter went through a big transformation when we moved from Leander to Kyle last year. Leaving behind all she knew, first house, friends, neighbors and a great school. I was so scared that we wouldn’t find another great school. We started going to Stepping Stone in January this year and it was the best decision we could have made. In 5 months she has learned and grown so much! We owe it all to her amazing teachers for teaching her everything she has learned. Kindness, empathy, sense of self, and the social aspect they teach warms my heart! I can’t thank Mrs. Lyndsey and Ms. Laura enough! We are ready for Kindergarten!

I am thrilled to have had Stepping Stone Plum Creek to support myself and my children for the past 2 years. My children started school back in 2020, and we have had such incredible experiences. My children have moved through different classes at Stepping stone for the duration of time there, and all of the caring teachers have made positive impact for my kids. So much so, that my children feel welcomed, loved, and cared for, and actually hate to miss school. Additionally, they always have extra curricular activities that your children can enroll in, like swim class, sports, gymnastics, dance, etc,. My children did dance and swim, and I was so glad to not have to worry about them as much in the pool over summers because they were so well trained! That said, the main teachers that have made incredible impact to them are: Ms. Sam, Ms. Sam, Ms. Laura, and last bit certainly not least, Ms. Lyndsey. My daughters have both had the pleasure of being cared for and educated by these talented ladies and I couldn’t ask for more! Additionally, Ms. Lyndsey has always been so thoughtful and creative in her lesson planning. My kids have learned a great deal from her, in age appropriate development activities. It’s incredible that they are taught so much through guided play. And, just as my eldest was ready for kindergarten, Ms. Lyndsey put on (and does so every year for the pre-k students about to go to kinder) a wonderful graduation ceremony for parents and grandparents! This graduation ceremony is extremely well planned and executed. The children get to show off their talents and everything they’ve worked so hard learning the entire time they’ve been at Stepping stone, and it’s an amazing right of passage. I can’t put enough worlds in to this review to give enough credit to how much care and love have been put in to my children. I wish I could! Thank you to all the teachers and faculty there that work tirelessly to make a difference for our children. We truly appreciate you!

My step daughter just loves Stepping Stone School. Mrs. Lyndsey is wonderful and you can tell she is an experienced teacher. She has been at this school the entire time our daughter has been in attendance! Its nice to know when you are dropping your child off or picking them up that the familiar face will be there for your child.

My daughter has been at Stepping Stone Plum Creek for 4 years. The school has been great! My daughter enjoys her friends there and the teachers take time to welcome every child. Mrs. Lyndsey and Ms. Laura are always welcoming the children with open arms and assist them in transitioning to their day at school! T

Our two girls have been at Stepping Stone Plum Creek since March of 2021. Switching daycares during a pandemic was not something we planned to do, but thankfully they made the transition so smooth for both of them. Ms Lyndsey in the pre-k room has helped our daughter so much and she continues to learn and grow every single day. She is a very experienced teacher and has great structure to her lesson plans and classroom. Ms Keanna is also amazing in the two year old room. Overall, we are happy with the care the girls receive and most importantly they are so happy to go to school every single day!
