Ventana at Plum Creek

I stayed at Ventana for a year, and I have nothing but a great review! Jennifer and the staff were wonderful and were always there when something arises. The apartment complex was quiet, and amenities are always clean and accessible. Loved the perks that came with the unit specially the covered parking space!

I have nothing but great things to say about this community. I have lived here with my wife for several months and can honestly say that the maintenance and Toni and Jen at the front office are all very kind, informative and attentive. All amenities are clean, functional and have a wonderful aesthetic. The community is as welcoming and diverse as they are respectful of others space and safety. I highly recommend Ventana at Plum Creek to anyone looking for a great place to live and thrive!

Even though I did not transfer down to Texas. I enjoyed my experience with the team at this lovely office. The tour experience was amazing and loved all the amenities and especially the model by the golf course.

This was my very first apartment and I LOVED it. My lease is almost up and I never had 1 issue with anything this whole year. Anytime there was an issue, maintenance handled it quickly. The pool is super nice and quiet for the most part. The walls are thick and I never heard any of my neighbors. Covered parking, gym, gated complex, huge closet, huge tub/shower, great view of your the golf course, the list goes on. Definitely worth the price! So sad to be leaving. The new management is even better than the ones before, super professional and kind.
