Budget Car Rental

Have never had a problem with rentals. I always choose budget because they are more affordable. But this last time, my rental vehicle was dirty on inside and out. I had to stop and wash it down because the spots all over windows was driving me crazy! There were crumbs inside. Not what I expected for living in Covid times. Also sprayed lysol all over before my kids got in.

I arrived at the Kyle Texas station early, due to my ride availability! The agent was by himself, cleaned out a Kia Sportster for me and I was on my way in 15minutes. I appreciated the time and effort so very much. I drove for 12 hours after leaving that morning and had just enough daylight to drive safely.
The car was excellent, the customer service was superior, my rental charge was more than generous! Great car rental experience!!
