From the time of admission to the time of discharge, overall, we had a good experience. I never had issues with communication with staff. My son's experience was good overall, what he struggled with most was with other kids in treatment. We felt like the staff handled those issues well and in a timely manner. I do have to share that my son was there during the horrible ice storm in February (2021) and they were so accommodating and helpful during that time. Despite the lack of electricity, food shortages, water shortages, and all of that, we all felt like Ethan was cared for well given the circumstances.
I was there in 2017 I was there for ten months and it’s a pretty good place it had its moments but other than that I would say it was a pretty good place
