So far so good with my new water softener - the salesman Nick (Vito) was great - not aggressive, just telling facts with plenty of supporting documents. The guy who installed it was also great (forget his name - is from Florida?) and I even thought the tank was leaking (it wasn't - the leak was from the sink) but they responded to texts late on a Saturday and came by first thing Monday (Gary came - also a good guy) to check it out. I'm really happy with the service, and the water itself is far better. I'm from Boston which just has softer water already, so when we moved to TX we heard that softeners really help the tough Texas water.
We're very happy with the regular water (coffee even tastes better) and we're also already noticing improvements to the dishwasher, washing machine, etc. I definitely recommend Resolute Water of Texas because the pricing seemed very fair, the installation was quick & non intrusive, and so far the service and people they have are great. Thanks.

I never realized that not all water is the same. Eye opener! Zac at Resolute showed us that hard water will cost us $$$$ in the long run replacing everything in our new home that hard water deposits are going to ruin. His explanations make total sense. And I love that we don’t have to change our budget at all AND we get the natural soaps, cleaners, etc that I’ve been wanting to switch to for years. It’s a total win/win for us.
