  We love this place! To find one store that has so many of the things needed for our adventures is priceless. And all of the name brands we’ve grown to trust and love. The owner’s level of customer service you won’t find at BigBox retailers. Including ordering sizes, styles, colors that might not even be on the shelves and then even making a personal phone call to let you know when your item has arrived. And we’ve got to give a huge shout out to one of the employees, Veronica, who has been extra helpful with our last two visits. We went in for one pair of Hey Dudes, left with four. Came back a week later to grab the newest canvas Bogg Bag that Veronica had showed us on our last visit. Thanks for taking great care of us, Veronica and Hays County Outfitters!

  I was looking for a pair of Olukai shoes that apparently are last years model, and no longer made, and VERONICA, the rock star, asked me to send her a photo of the shoe. I did, and she sent that to her distributor, and they located one for me. It would have been easy just to say they don’t carry it, but she went a mile for me! That’s customer service, but she is just a nice person, and that’s the why.

  Staff was very helpful. She even suggested a shoe that might fit may needs. Will definitely be going back.

  I absolutely loved this store!!! They have a great selection of Birkenstock, Chaco and On clouds! The staff there were super friendly and I will most definitely be going back as soon as I need a new pair of shoes!

  I am so glad that the staff person at Journey's told me about this place. Bought the best tennis shoes for my plantar fascitis feet. The ON shoes are one of the best shoes I have ever worn. I went in looking for Hoka shoes, but Whitney informed me that they didn't carry them just yet. Great customer service on Whitney's part. Will def go back!
