Great place to live and clean apartment complex. Love that is close to campus and has good amenities.

Wanted to comment on the top drawer first class facility that we toured and leased. Very well appointed and the leasing/ intro team of Ariel and Kendall were superb in their pleasant demeanor and efficiency in assisting in the process. Working with them and their manager afforded the opportunity to quickly secure a space in this sought after luxury off campus student housing complex.

Abigail was very helpful and understanding with the questions and concerns Ive had. I absolutely love the front desk ladies, they’ve always been kind & patient which has helped me open up to them with any concerns I have. I appreciate the service Abigail gave me today, I definitely recommend her assistance!

This is a great location for Texas State Students. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The staff is amazing! Alessandro assisted us in filling out the application and stayed late to ensure we had everything completed properly. Made contract completion very easy! Very professional and courteous. Looking forward to my daughter living at such a great place!
