Great customer service. Reps are great and I’m enjoying my Razor phone

I switched from AT&T my bill was 120 a month with cricket it was cut way down. I was paying my son's cricket bill to. I did the math instead of paying 180 a month for mine and his phone. I now pay 80 and the internet never lags I have had no lags or slow downs like I did with AT&T. I bought a iPhone that my son convinced me of and today I am going to the cricket store to see of they can transfer my stuff from this phone to the new iPhone.

Very appreciative and Happy with the great job Alma did at providing quick ,effecient , professional customer service, To myself as well as other customers who entered the store. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking to do business with cricket!! Other cricket retailers in the San Marcos area did not offer me the same great experience as this one where Alma takes care of customers new and existing with knowledgeable, experienced, customer care. This is the best place to get a phone or service for Cricket! The salesman was friendly and helpful. He saw that I had an old plan that had me paying more and he offered to switch it to save me money! Now I pay half of what I paid before. I recommend this store to everyone!
