Emerson at Trace

I am so excited for the new Team in the office, I have been living in the Property for few months now. I had some questions and Jackie the manager, was so nice and answered all my questions patiently. I am glad I chose Emerson at Terrace as my home and I want to welcome Jackie, I know she will do great things.

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming to their residents. Anytime you have a question or an issue they are there to resolve the request quickly. They are always doing fun things for the residents and make it more than an apartment complex but an actual community.

Our biggest concern when moving in to an apartment complex is the quality of the management, but that hasn’t been an issue here since everyone at the front office is always so responsive and helpful. Great neighborhood with plenty of kids and dogs running around and playing outside. The complex hosts regular neighborhood get togethers for everyone to meet one another and mingle. The apartments themselves are new, fresh, and updated. I’m in love!
