Went to buy my daughter her first bracelet for her birthday and have some charms added on. The sales associate who helped us was warm and welcoming. She answered all my daughters questions and made her really feel part of the process. It was a wonderful experience....we are definitely going to return.

James Avery is having a fantastic event right now; buy 2 charms and get either a bracelet or necklace for free. I chose the star bracelet with catmom and sweet kitty charm. I am impressed with how it looks. Sales associates greeted me warmly at the door and assisted me right away. It only took about 40 minutes for them to attach the charms to my bracelet. I have bought jewelry here before and will return after this visit. The grey cleaning cloth will keep your jewelry nice and clean.
