    It is a sports and fitness training facility with focus on sports training one basketball court multiple free weights and machines Olympic gold medalist Charles Austin owns it and friendly staff smaller gym with membership required unless you just want to pay $5 for the day. Never crowded at all

    They'll get you right for sure. I was driving from San Antonio just to get some good work in and it's a great environment overall
