We are extremely satisfied with the work Robin did on our project recently. We had 3 other companies tell us there was really no problem with the tile roof, just some minor cracks causing leaks. He did the most thorough inspection and found those cracks, along with a bunch of wear and tear around the chimney installation, which no one else spotted. There were major holes and cracks letting water in that no one else said anything about..
He was able to find the exact matching old tiles to replace some various spots instead of just siliconeing them like others, and actually cut a bunch of new tiles to extend the roof correctly all the way to our soffit on one side, eliminating a major leak that no one else showed us, along with re-fashioning new lead around the chimney to take care of those leaks.
He takes his time to do the job right, and cares about it, you can see it in the craftsmanship, he worked with us easily on a couple added items we wanted, re-built the attic vents so they won't leak, and covered our back patio for us. All great work, no leaks, highly satisfied.
I would recommend A-TEX ROOFING, SAN MARCOS to Everyone.
Robin Cornish was on time, friendly and so was his crew. They made us feel confident that we were going to be satisfied. And we were above and beyond satisfied.
Thank you So much Robin Cornish for your professionalism and can do Spirit.
Sincerely, Karen Currie
My wife and I needed an overview of our roof for our home refi. Called Robin, and he came out on time and walked the entire roof. He's very personable and friendly, and wrote up the required report for the appraisal, and fixed a few items at a very fair price while he was out here. I'd highly recommend Robin and his company. Keeps his word and schedule!
Dear Google,
After a severe storm with heavy rain and high winds, part of the roof shingles on my rental house blew off opening a 8 foot long gap 1 inch wide for water to leak into the tenant’s bedroom. On Saturday afternoon I called A-Tex Roofing and left a message. Robin the Owner called me back and set up an appointment for the next day on Sunday afternoon after Church at 2:30 pm.
When Robin arrived, he looked at the roof damage and told me what needed to be done to repair the roof and gave me a fair price to fix the roof damage the next day. We discussed that the weather forecast predicted rain again later that same day at 7 pm. Robin was concerned about more serious roof leak damage and said he would go back to his shop and get the materials to temporarily fix the roof in about an hour, so the next rain that day would not further damage the tenant’s bedroom.
Robin came back in about an hour as promised, and while he was temporarily fixing the roof, YES it did start to rain lightly while he was on the roof.. He finished the temporary roof fix, which is WAY ABOVE The Call Of Duty and I have rated him Better Than A 5 Star Google Review.
Thank You,
Bill Hutson - Owner
