San Marcos Community Church

I visited this church this morning because I was on vacation. I was absolutely blown away. The sermon message was incredible. Everything was very Biblically-based. The pastor (John McComb) was humble, wise, and hilarious. If I lived in the area, I would definitely return!

I liked this church, nice place and people, I just want to be clear that I do like it but I am looking for a more abrasive and voictrous speaker for the more renagade type of Christian followers.

I have been attending San Marcos Community Church for over 10 years and it is a Great Church to teach and preach about Jesus who died for ALL of our sins. I would like to thank Pastor John McComb and Associate Pastor Jon Zmigley for doing a Great Job of preaching and teaching about Jesus and I invite everyone to stop in at the 10am Sunday Service! Thank You!

The first day that I set foot in this church, I was greeted as a long-lost friend. The love in this church is almost palpable. No one is putting on airs and prayers are offered humbly and willingly. I travel a lot, yet because of the utubes of the down to earth weekly sermons, I can participate in worship with my church ffamily.

I have attended the 10am Sunday Service at the San Marcos Community Church many times. Pastor John McComb and Pastor John Z. do a Great Job of teaching that Jesus died for ALL of our sins and you need to accept the free gift of salvation to be saved from hell. It is a very lively Church with an upbeat worship band and lots of friendly people. I will attend again, God Willing!
