Simply Mac

I called Simply Mac after spending hours on the phone with Apple Support, who suggested I take my computer into the shop to address it's slowness. I called the store after making an online appointment, to ask a few questions...the amazing folks there answered all of my questions, gave me in-depth context and details about what I was experiencing with my computer, and were transparent enough to let me know there wasn't much they could do for my 12-year-old computer. They wanted to save me the trip that would likely end up costing $120 and not improve my computer much! Once we established this, they then STAYED ON THE PHONE WITH ME to help me research the most affordable yet highest-functioning refurbished models available online. I felt so lost before calling them, and now, I feel armed with a solid plan, and knowledge, without having spent a penny. I was blown away that they would rather do what is right for me, and HELP me in my journey, all while saving me the money they would have made. Now, I can't wait to buy a MAC, and bring it to them for an assessment! :) Thank you Simply Mac, you guys rock.

Went in to get my AirPod Pros looked at because they'd been crackling and the noise cancellation just stopped working. Josh and Nick were very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained to me what exactly was going on. They ran some tests, confirmed they weren't working, and shipped them off. Luckily my replacement was fully covered by Apple so there was no cost this time. Nick even had my AirPods ready for me as soon as I walked through the door to pick them up. Great service all around!

My phone broke today and I went to 3 different places before I came here & let me just say, save your time and just come here instead of trying any other phone repair place. The three other places said my phone wasn’t fixable and I would just have to buy a new phone. I went here and was greeted by Kelsey and instantly offered me solutions to fix my phone. She was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I was clearly stressing that I would have to lose everything on my phone but she was able to make it less stressful by giving me a sense of comfort that she can fix it & she did! Prices were affordable as well.

I bought my first Macbook from Taylor and I couldn’t be happier! I originally ordered one but he was able to get me the one I wanted much faster than the delivery date! He even sat with me and helped me set it up and explained a lot of the features, he was helpful and supportive the whole time. I highly recommend simply Mac for all your apple needs!
