(June 27, 2023, 2:21 pm)I called day of to get help for a respiratory infection and they were able to get me in quickly even as a new patient. The nurse and doctor were really nice and helpful. They listened and had a plan quickly to address it. I’m definitely going to go here in the future when needed.
(May 26, 2023, 2:32 pm)I am a new patient to Total Care. The staff were all nice from when I walked in to when I left. The MA was awesome made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The NP was nice and she made me feel comfortable also and talked to me straight forward like an adult and not like a child like some places. Overall experience was great.
(May 22, 2023, 1:23 pm)The office staff and doctor were all amazing, they called ahead to verify the appointment. They were kind and patient, the waiting room is stocked with drinks, coffee and snacks while you wait. Ruby is clear and to the point, caring and efficient. The staff, Jade and Ethan are personable and caring. They all make u feel seen, heard, and human. Very highly recommend this office to anyone.
(May 19, 2023, 4:25 pm)Yay, finally we are in good hands. Making an appointment and checking in was fast and easy. The team is super friendly and professional. They cover a wide range of potential conditions for the annual checkup, of physical and mental nature. Facility is clean and pleasant. We are very happy. Definitely recommended!!!

As a nurse myself and knowing how limited we can be with taking care of our patients due to the current medical crisis. It felt great to have a medical professional take the time needed to meet my needs. Im so grateful.
