Such a pleasant staff. They got me in quickly and took the time to explain my situation and how to avoid problems like I had in the future.

Mrs. Caruthers is phenomenal, I was doing many treatments with her through a program at church, my narcolepsy kicked in bad and had missed 1 apt, and then emergency surgery for my son...( Patricia or Caroline) the office lady called to tell me how rude I was for not calling and canceling which I didn't know I could doover night. Which then I did not go back and finish my procedures that needed to be finished while I could. IM SAD. ID be emailing this if it was a option but didn't see email on the website. It want to come back but I don't think I could see this woman without losing my cool.

I found my forever dentist! Everyone I spoke to was personable and accommodating. They squeezed me in for a new patient exam and cleaning the same week I called. When I arrived with my sleeping infant in a car seat, the whole staff worked together to complete the entire appointment before she woke up! Dr. Carothers is kind and and competent and has a great team. The hygienist was gentle and thorough and not too chatty. The front desk staff was quick and efficient. The new patient intake was paperless. The whole experience was smooth and relatively stress free, and my teeth feel great.
