No massage therapist/health coach I've ever been too has been as ranged as Tammie is in treatment options. She can help with relaxing massage, or sports/injury massage and treatment. She's also a great health coach that is able to adapt to your unique needs. I'm never going to anyone else.

Tammie is an amazing, caring and thought full person. She listens to you and to what your body has to say. She's been a great help to me. Would definitely recommend!

So I signed up for my half marathon at the beginning of the year and my excitement turned quickly to worry when I tried to run longer than 5miles it was like my lungs could go the full 13 miles but my muscles in my legs were experience cramps and soreness that I never felt before. When I started to doubt that I could even finish my marathon I decided to go to a professional therapist cause I heard they might be able to help. I was so happy to find Tammie! I really appreciated how she took the time to ask how I was running and quickly figured out I was running in a way that put lots of presser on my knees hence the jabbing ice pick pain I was feeling the next day after each of my runs. She addressed every issue I had and I felt like a NEW women the doubt slowly went away with each session. My muscles felt stretch and my mind was more focused on my goal of finishing the run. It was a dream come true for me to cross that finish line and I know with out a doubt that it couldn't have been possible with out the help of Nurture Balance Thrive !!! I highly recommend Tammie to all my friends!

I love Tammie!!! She is so amazing and I always feel so good after our sessions. I've had five massages from her and each one has been unique and tailored to my immediate needs. Last time was more of a deep tissue massage, the time before that more lymphatic drainage, and the one I got today was nice and relaxing, just what I needed.
