I love the yoga instructors, the variety of approaches available through them, the approach which encourages us to find what suits our own bodies and abilities for those of us who are seniors, and the price of classes which makes it possible for me to afford to get far more regular exercise than I otherwise would be able to do.

Awesome school! My children thrived in the Karate school and my entire family enjoys the yoga studio. Worth checking out!

This is a fantastic traditional martial arts school. My whole family trains here, and we get so much more than good karate lessons. The discipline my kids get in an atmosphere of mutual respect benefits them in all areas of their lives. It is so important for them to have extracurricular activities where development of character is emphasized, besides just church on Sunday. The teachers here, Master Griffin and Sarah Geenberg both possess a rare combination of the kind patience and firmness that students need.
