  Cricket is absolutely amazing. I usually go to Austin to get a $200 plus haircut. Cricket did a better job than any stylist in Austin. I will recommend her to anyone who asks. A real gem in Wimberley. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space here!

  It was time for my "COVID hair," grown out from the pandemic shut down, to go! I took several photos to Cricket and she morphed them into the perfect style for my face and hair texture! On my second cut she continued to refine my style. I'm over due for another trim and I just booked. I have received many compliments on the cut (by other stylists)! Crickets style instincts are great and her execution is precise!

  So excited for this place! Cricket has been my go-to stylist for a couple of years now so when she got her own salon I was quick to make an appointment. The new shop has a fabulous “60’s mod meets the blues” vibe with guitars hanging on the wall and great tunes on the radio. Its only a block away from hip downtown Wimberley and I live in Austin so it was a lovely way to spend an afternoon; getting a killer hair cut, then wandering through the shops, wading in the river, and grabbing a bite at one of the local eateries. The service was excellent, as always. Cricket always dry cuts my hair, which I love because its thick and temperamental, plus I got the option that includes a great little massage treatment before and after to enhance the experience so it was super relaxing. She really knows what she’s doing, and if you’re lucky, she might sing for you while she’s at it.
