  I'll be honest, I have had poor experiences at Broadway, they are very over protective and have safety precautions that really can make it annoying and difficult to do everyday normal banking. I constantly found myself wishing I could somehow has LESS security with my account so i could have more control myself and be bothered less and less.
  
  BUT I am giving 4 stars because the bank made it easy to open an account and it was a pleasant experience to do so.
  If you like having extra security and precautions and don't mind a really 'hands on' bank, this is a great bank for you. It is simply my preference not to have so many security measures because I like to be responsible for that myself and be bothered less by my bank.
  So in the end, I am honestly just annoyed and the safety precautions are something a lot of people like.

  Broadway Bank in general and Lu Ann Long in particular have provided my wife and I the most positive banking experience in our lives. Being self employed made qualifying for a home mortgage very challenging and Broadway Bank went out of their way to finance our home.
