“These guys are awesome! Genuine top notch customer service. They have installed ceramic window tint on 2 different cars for me, flawless job on both. Today they installed an 8 light rock light kit on my wife's Acadia. It was a difficult install simply because of the design of the Acadia. They stayed on it for 2 hours past closing time to get it done so we could have our car back. While we were waiting the staff took music requests from us and our kids to keep us entertained. Our 9yr old is very active and talkative, the staff rolled right along with him and never acted like it was a chore to entertain all his questions. Kris was our installer for the rock lights, Kris did a kick A** job. The install is right on point and the car looks amazing! He stayed and got the job done for us so we didn't have to be down to one car for another day. Thank you Kris and the Audio Outlet staff for yet another top notch job. It turned out to be glue from duct tape that looked like a big scratch. He rubbed a chemical on the area and it looked like new in 5 minutes! He did not charge me for this service. “I recently was refered to HiFlo Racing oil filters. After my due-dilligence I found this filter is not just GOOD, but was the only TUV certified racing filter. TUV is the worldwide trademark of Trust and Quality. I completed a total cam chest upgrade and after 1k break in miles when oil and filter were changed there was no visible particulates in the oil or on the drain plug magnet. The oil color was almost the same shade of saphire blue as when installed. My 03 FLHRCI bought new will likely out live me, having a lot to do with the engine care this filter will help provide. “This shop is a gem. I've had my 2004 GT3 at Esses Racing four times now and each time they are prompt, courteous, fairly priced, and do excellent work. The people at this shop have a ridiculous amount of experience; from flathead fords to formula one cars and everything in between. Including off road vehicles. Over the course of my repeat business at Esses Racing, the quality of the workmanship and quality of the customer service has stayed consistently excellent. Also, they were very accommodating of my schedule and the prices have stayed exactly the same. During my first visit, they installed some Ohlins coilovers and RSR control arms on my car (parts provided by me) and set up the suspension for the track. These mods along with wheels and tires resulted in a 5 second improvement of my lap times at COTA. These guys rock.”

“Finding trustworthy and skilled Harley mechanics who work on "older" bikes is like finding gold...After exhaustive research, I took my son's problematic '97 Springer Softail to XLerated to have the steering bearings replaced and diagnose a starting problem that I tried to fix myself - unsuccessfully. The bike starts every time and drives beautifully. A few weeks later, I brought in my 06 Road King Custom to have the inevitable TC88 cam-chain tensioner upgrade performed. Chris found an issue with one of the stock cam that most guys would not have noticed and could have caused significant engine damage. So I ended up having the full cam-chest overhaul per their recommendation. More than I had anticipated spending, but the best long-term decision. When I got the bike back yesterday it performed like someone had swapped the engine to a 103! For me, the most satisfying part of working with these guys is knowing that my bikes are safe to ride mechanically, because Chris & Lee are the best at what they do.”
