Kasey was polite and very helpful to solve our plumbing issue. We had a house full of visitors so we REALLY appreciate the prompt response on a holiday weekend.

Had another guy try to fix a leak . Worst mistake I made on a Sunday . Kasey came out and got it fixed enough so we could atleast take a shower until be new parts arrived . Only company I normally call anyway but was on a Sunday . Next time I’ll wait till I can get ahold of them as this began as a simple leak under a sidewalk and wasnt a huge issue . Became one tho after someone else tried to fix it .

Hassell Free Plumbing responded quickly to our request to check our water err meter area for a possible leak. They came on time and diagnosed the situation and called to let us know that everything was OK. Thanks.

We were in a panic until Kasey with Hassel showed up. He took the time to explain and calm our panic. It was able to be fixed right there and not one of those jobs of being drug out for more money. Would highly recommend.
