Zeck Ford Itasca

Zeck Ford was great! We drove in from Waco to look at a truck my boyfriend had been searching for for a while, and I admit that being from Whitney (another small town just down the road), I didn’t know what to expect from a dealership in Itasca. It was very nice and clean, and everyone was very kind and helpful. My boyfriend fell in love with the truck, which we found out was actually previously owned by the owner of the dealership, and the owner was kind enough to gift him some tools he had personally purchased for the custom rims and tires before the sale even finalized. Corbin was great and made the process as easy as possible, and he made sure to thoroughly explain everything to my boyfriend, as this was his first vehicle purchase. They let us talk privately about the vehicle and we felt no pressure, haggling, or exaggerated overselling that you so often find in dealerships. They had a finance guy standing in from Oklahoma, as theirs had just left for paternity leave (congrats on the baby!), which slowed down the process a little, as he forgot a couple of signatures and differences between Texas and Oklahoma processes. However, they were all very kind and helpful and tried to make it go as smooth as possible. They also played with the numbers to get us the best interest rate and payments we were looking for. Overall very happy with our experience, and I would purchase from them again.

By far the fastest and easiest vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. Stacey was the sales rep that I dealt with and she was awesome and had everything ready to go by the time I arrived. Also Tom the manager was very involved in the processs from start to finish and he did a fantastic job getting me top dollar for my trade in and a lower interest rate than I was expecting. Overall the staff was very transparent from the moment I arrived. Absolutely no run around whatsoever. I wish google would let me give them a 10 star rating instead of only 5. I highly would recommend anyone looking to buy a Ford go check Zeck Ford of Itasca out.

We scouted online inventory at many places but kept returning to the deals at Zeck Ford in Itasca. Drove down to drive one truck in particular and was met by Corbin. He was extremely helpful, patient, and explained the buying process with Zeck well. We are very pleased with our truck and will definitely recommend Corbin and Zeck Ford to our family and friends!

I had an awesome experience at Zeck Ford in Itasca. Being a first time buyer i was a little nervous but Corbin made the experience great. He was so friendly & helpful along with the other guys there. Corbin made the process super easy. We communicated via text as I was working another job and couldn't talk on the phone. Arrived at the dealership Corbin met us at the door, we test drove the vehicle. We came back and sat down with Seth Wright and 15 minutes later we were out the door with a new cat. Super easy, friendly process from start to finish.
