Cody replaced our roof. From estimates to finish, everything was great. He explains the process, the details, and the results are above expectation. I would use him
for any project. He answers every question, responds quickly, goes above and beyond expectations, he checks everything and doesn’t settle for “ok”. This is a great, trustworthy company.

We had an excellent experience with this company. Cody Pratka was very professional and explained each step along the way. He utilized the best materials and even corrected numerous problems left by the previous roofers at no charge. The crew was conscientious and maintained a clean workplace. They picked up all debris and nails and were very courteous and respectful. I highly recommend Cody and Pratka Construction!

We had a small leak for a couple of years that 2 others hadn’t been able to fix. Cody was here quickly and found the problem! Service was professional and fast on top of quality. We couldn’t be happier.

If I could give more stars, I would! Honest, reliable, reasonable, and super helpful. High quality work. When they were done everything was clean! No problems whatsoever... Great guy, great crew, great work and it was a great decision to go with him! You won't be disappointed, highly recommend!

Cody and his team are wonderful. We had a situation that needed to be addressed quickly, and it was! He delivered well above our expectations. He responed quickly when called. He was very professional. The team that replaced our roof was on time, very efficient and did an excellent job. They also cleaned the job site thorougjly.
