I first learned about Dr. Hughes over 24 years ago when my daughter was only 4 years old and I took her to the E.R. and there is where I first met him. I was scared to death as my little girl was having seizures and hallucinating. I thought she was at death's door but by God's grace and Dr. Hughes's expertise and compassion, my little girl turned out to be just fine. Come to find out, my daughter suffered from chicken pox encephalitis and that is exactly what this doctor said he thought it was and made all the necessary arrangements to get my little daughter set up with Children's Miracle Network in Lubbock, Texas where she was treated. And come to find out, my sweet daughter is now in the medical profession, herself where she passes on the same compassion that I would like to think that she learned from Dr. Hughes all those years ago. Dr. Charles Hughes is without doubt the most caring, sensitive and Loving man I have ever met. These qualities carry over into his medical Practice in a way that ALL other Dr's could certainly learn from him. He is The BEST Doctor you will find anywhere near Levelland, Texas. I just wish I lived closer so He could still be my care giver.
