(October 29, 2021, 9:51 pm)I have used Economy Cycle many times over the years. Every transaction has been a positive experience. John and Terry place the highest priority on Customer Service and Satisfaction. A particular experience comes to mind: While on vacation, my phone rang and showed an unfamiliar phone number. As a person who deals with spam calls and telemarketers quite frequently, I have developed a particularly sarcastic and aggressive response to said calls. Imagine my surprise when the person calling from the unknown number was the business owner, John, of Economy Cycle. John then proceeded to help me to correct my order, which resulted in a less expensive order amount, and provided me with the correct parts. This is a business owner who prioritizes customer satisfaction over profitability. Sadly,these types of businesses are becoming rarer and rarer. If you have an opportunity to utilize Economy Cycle as a vendor, you will not be sorry.

(September 20, 2021, 2:23 pm)I've been using Economy Cycle as my primary parts supplier since they opened many years ago. This place is a great resource for the vintage two-stroke community! I don’t know what I would do without them. Outstanding customer service and prices, and they have excellent technical support and product knowledge. Orders are delivered super-fast, so if I need something to get a bike running in a hurry they always pull though for me. I can’t say enough good things about John & Terry. They keep all my vintage Yamaha two-stokes running, as well as all the bikes I work on for friends and my local customers.

They have great customer service and technical knowledge. They have helped me work through problems patiently! I appreciate all the time they have taken to get me what I need. Especially last minute before a show or race!!!!
