(January 5, 2023, 7:15 pm)Superb personnel and service. Highly knowledgeable and professional. A policy to charge a customer $100.00 for a photocopy of their audiogram is flat out wrong !!! While the audiogram is free and adjusting the hearing instrument is free, providing a photocopy which literally costs around a few cents has the ability to make a well earned customer look elsewhere for their hearing needs !!!
