JaTonna really took the time to explain everything to me and my husband making us feel so comfortable! I thought she'd been doing this type of work for years! Awesome customer service! I also messed up on my appointment, accidentally canceling it, and JoTonna saw me anyways! She made time for me. She also answered all of my questions and my husband's questions too. I was nervous going in and didn't know what to expect. Nobody wants to go to or looks forward to this type of appointment. With JoTonna's professionalism, knowledge and passion for her work, we left feeling really good about me having to get a c-pap machine and how to operate it. Thank you so much!

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! The technician was so helpful. He made sure we had the right product for us and even came back another day to help make adjustments to the wheelchair so my daughter could use it more comfortably.
