These guys are tops when it comes to service. They are serious about making sure their customers are completely satisfied before and after the sale. I purchased a boat from them and would recommend them to anybody wishing to buy boats or cars/trucks.

Great group of people. VERY helpful and by far the best customer service I have received here in GRANBURY from a car lot. Very upfront and honest. Went the extra mile to help my husband and I . Now that we are in the market of a second vehicle . We looked around a few other lots and went right back to Auto HOUSE .. We will keep our payments here with honest people and dependable cars. Have not had one problem with our truck since we got it. I recommend this place over any used car lot in Granbury.

Why a 4 star and not 5 ?? I bought a 2008 ford 150 , for ~ $1,500 under fair market value, Per Kelly Blue book, I did a lot of shopping prior to buying this truck, This was my third trip back to Hood County Auto House. I know for a fact I asked at least twice for a " Car fax" or " Car Report" every time I was distracted by the Salesman or another employee,Long story short, I ran the VIN myself after buying the truck, and it came up clean.
So I do not understand why Hood County Auto would not run me the report?
Otherwise great guys ,I was treated well. and I got what I feel a very good deal
