I found Main Street Medical while searching the internet for a sturdy lift chair and contacted them. Debora suggested I come to the store and look at chairs. I’m glad I did, she was very helpful and took time to assist me. We came up with a chair that I was happy with. The chair I chose seemed to fit a big guy, which I am, and seemed to be a very sturdy chair. It was a bit expensive but I liked the fact that warranty service was covered by the store where I was buying. I had bad experience with a 800 number warranty company. Brett came and setup my chair and removed my old recliner which was appreciated very much. I have been in my chair now for a few weeks and am very happy with it. I found that I cannot live without the lumbar and head adjustment which was something that Debora the store manager suggested. The chair is very comfortable and provides adjustments for just about any position. Oh yes there is the heat and massage, something I didn’t think I require, but i use the heat all the time. A great feature. The people at Main Street were great to work with and I am very pleased with my purchase, thank you very much.

Bought my mother a new walker. She needed one the helped her stay upright instead of slouching.
