Excellent customer service. Quick turn around time on servicing of my cart and to top it off, Carlos picked up and delivered my cart back to me!! It was even washed!!!!! Carlos also did some minor tightening and securing of small items like the ignition and cover that I did not tell him about. Quality Customer Care. Super nice guy Carlos and his daughter is just as nice and professional. I will not use any other golf cart service provider other than Triple C Golf Cars.

Triple C comes on a weekly basis to service and fix golf carts in our golf community. They were highly recommended by our Pro Shop so called when my cart started experiencing some mechanical issues. Ali at Triple C advised me they would come to my house to take a look at my cart. The initial diagnoses was a warped brake drum. They obtained the part and returned a while later to replace it. Found out they had ordered a part for a newer model than mine. They also determined during that visit that several more parts needed to be replaced to correct the problem. I spoke with Ali on the phone and she agreed to let me find and order all the needed parts on-line, which saved me quite a bit. She also agreed to adjust their service fee since the initial diagnoses to fix the problem wasn't quite right. Once I received the correct parts, they were out in 2 days to replace all the parts and now my golf cart is running great. Thanks Triple C! I will not hesitate to call them next time I need service or repairs.

Triple C came out the next day I contacted them. Very nice and understandable people. They listened to my frustration and gave me updates daily on the progress of my repairs. Price was fair and I feel like they didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need. Cart was returned in a week of being completely rewired and more.. cart came back clean and running like brand new. I will recommend them to anyone needing repairs or to buy. Thanks again....
