Amazing staff, they truly care for their residents. Have seen amazing progress happen with their rehab residents. Can not say enough good things about their team!!!! Small home like atmosphere everyone is family here
I have NOTHING negative to say about Trinity Nursing & Rehab in Granbury! The staff is GREAT! Nurses are very caring & professional! The activity director keeps them going & busy! The residents are always clean & happy!! I give Trinity Nursing And Rehab a " big thumbs up" in all areas!!!
Absolutely love that Trinity is a smaller facility and has a home like feel to it. Everyone there is family and the residents are so loved. Residents’ routines are known and respected. Everyone works as a team to meet the needs of the residents. Strongly recommend Trinity.
