I didn’t get his name, but the young man who responded to my water pipe break at Lakehouse Apartments on Christmas Eve Day did an amazing job! He arrived quickly and I understand he responded to several other waterline breaks in our complex until late in the evening, after fixing mine. He represented your company well, and deserves a big thank you!

McKinzie’s Plumbing did a great job!! They came late on the same day I called (6:30pm) and stayed 3 1/2 hours into the night to repair a completely dropped sewage line to my son’s septic system. And this was shortly after the big freeze and most plumbers said they couldn’t come out for at least a week. Even when I suggested they stop for the night and return first thing the next morning, they insisted on staying to complete the job and get the system back to normal. They were very courteous and professional. Although the price was a little steep, it was definitely worth it to get service the same day and get back to normal. I would highly recommend them. Great job!!

Andrew was outstanding in his ability to install a new dishwasher for us. The install was quite difficult, but he met every challenge with a professional, can do attitude. In addition, he installed a new kitchen facet which was also very difficult due to the previous installation not being done correctly. Again, he worked to figure out how to install the new faucet so that it works correctly & so much better than the old one. We will most assuredly call upon Andrew at RMP whenever another plumbing need arises. We most definitely would rate his company’s abilities a 10!

These guys were totally amazing and professional they came in behind another plumbing company and totally fixed everything that Winters Plumbing screwed up. Winters replaced my water heater but they were rude and unprofessional did not set my water heater to code and I ended up with two burned elements on a brand new water heater - no water pressure or hot water - at the same time they ran my credit card and walked out the door! When I complained to the owner the same day I was told it was my husbands fault and i would be charged $22/hour for them to try and fix it. So I chose to go elsewhere and Andrew and his assistant were just outstanding. If you need a plumber this gentlemen is honest and his work is beyond exceptional I wish I had hired him to begin with I- I probably would have never had a problem but if I did he would have taken care of it immediately. He will stand by his work and that means everything! He will be the only person we use for our plumbing needs and I will tell everyone I know about him and I know a lot of people I've been here 30 years!
