Great customer service very friendly people

I’ve been with Tyler’s agency since 2012. He and his agency have covered everything I’ve owned from cars to renters insurance from MN to CA!. I have no plans on leaving and appreciate the quick and professional help his agency provides. Customer service and quality agents make his agency unique.

I have been with Tyler Downs agency for a few years. The staff, no matter who it was or what i needed were always top notch, willing to listen and help, and answer any questions i had. Adding a homeowners insurance and other coverage was a breeze, and made the insurance easy to understand. The company itself is just as wonderful. Breezy claims processing, and an app for everything i need to do.

Tyler and his staff were great. I found his agency doing an online search, gave them a call and they helped me insure my house and cars. They saved me a bunch of money. It was easy and I felt he and his staff go the extra mile! I would recommend anyone to at least call and see if they can save you money on auto and home insurance

Tyler is very personable, outgoing, and easy to talk to. He put the miles on his own vehicle to come out to visit with my wife and I to go over some plans. We never had to step foot outside and we got everything we needed. I highly recommend Tyler for future business.
