We can’t thank Rodney and TJ enough for the excellent service provided to us while passing through Texas. They came out within 2 hours of calling. TJ fixed the problem within the hour. I needed a routine repair on the underbody cover of my travel trailer. I was able to call and schedule within a couple of weeks. If it had been urgent, they would have seen me sooner. Rodney called before arriving and arrived promptly as scheduled. He was very professional and personable. He completed the necessary work under the camper quickly and efficiently. I am pleased with the work and will call them again if I have anything else I need done on my travel trailer.
We wanted to swap our RV fridge out for a residential. Rodney and his team were able to remove our old fridge, make necessary modifications to allow for the new fridge install and did all of the trim work in under 4 hours! It has been hard to find someone who would do this fridge swap. Before scheduling Rodney called me to discuss what we wanted to do & said yep, go ahead and book it. It was such a relief! Others I spoke with wanted me to do all kinds of research prior to scheduling, including calls to Heartland and Dometic. Rodney knew what needed to be done, did it so quickly and the trim work looks amazing! We are only in Texas for a few more months before we hit the road again but if we need any RV work we will call Rodney 100%! Highly recommend Lake Granbury RV! Thanks Rodney!!
