“My husband and I returned our Uhaul truck and tow dolly to this dealership and had the best customer service I could have ever asked for!!! Hunter checked in all of our equipment and had to manually undo a lot of the technical issues that corporate Uhaul had in their system regarding my rentals. Hunter was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient, humorous, persistent, and willing to stay on the phone with Uhaul lengthy amounts of time just to make sure everything was resolved properly for the check in process. Hunter also supported us about a week and a half after that to ensure we got the full refund we were supposed to receive from corporate Uhaul because of their own mix up.
