“I've had Area Plumbing (sent by Old Republic Home Warrenty Service) come out several times for different needs. I find Johnny Leach to be an experienced plumber with a forthright manner. He will tell you the facts and work with you to resolve the problem. This week he came to check out a drippy shower head which proved to be a valve problem for a 30 plus year old, discontinued system. For now, this was more than I wanted to deal with due to the fact it was behind a tile wall. He made some adjustments that definitely helped the situation until we could think it through, find a tile contractor, etc. Then the next day he called and said he wanted to come over with another part that he had come up with that would still allow us to use the shower and give us even more time to formulate a plan. There was no charge for this second service call, and that is the second time that Johnny has gone beyond what was required.”

“I live in Stephenville and we drove 30mins to go to Granbury to their Cricket store. They are 100% more attentive and friendly. It was 45 min until closing time but they were very helpful and patient!! We have a Cricket here in Stephenville but I won’t step foot in their store again they are rude and have HORRIBLE customer service. I will make the drive to Granbury. Daniella was the store manager’s name she was sweet and Garrett B was the one who help us, he was great!”

“Paul runs a safe and quiet facility with outstanding customer service. He truly goes above and beyond, like meeting me on a holiday, in a rainstorm, and spotting for me to back in the trailer the day I arrived from out of town. The place is low-key, tucked in out of the way (to avoid attracting uninvited guests) but has a major road 2 blocks away, and ever-increasing covered parking. I wouldn't hesitate to lease space there again and highly recommend you do the same.”
