A truly great church, but one humble suggestion. The pastor of this church is great, especially for the younger generation. He's in his younger 30's and in tune with the struggles the young crowd faces today. He is very caring and passionate about helping people in their walk with God. Many members are very welcoming and show great care and concern. They really make you feel at home.

However, as someone who has been totally destroyed and defeated by the devil, and in search for a spiritual rebirth. I could not handle the intensity of the church. I am very weak right now, and if anyone else is in the shape I'm in now, I imagine it would be too much for them as well. I'm mainly speaking about the length of the church service. I went one time, as I was invited by very kind man who tried his best to help me, and I could not hold on to his hand because after two and a half hours of the service and it still going, I had to get up and leave. I noticed I also was the only man I'd say under 50 that had to sit down occasionally, and I felt personally guilty, like I appeared I wasn't as passionate about the Lord as them. Although nobody said or implied that to me, I just felt like I wasn't strong enough to be on their level. I felt like a beginner walking into an expert situation. With my damaged mind, my attention span is good for about 30 minutes, and with a healthy mind it's only about an hour, so I feel pretty confident with my opinion that things need condensing at this church. I feel like they can get the same message across and the same amount of worshiping, with more of impact in half the time.

I feel like this intensity is possibly holding the church back from becoming something truly great, because passion, caring and love is there, and there is plenty of it.

It just felt like there was way too much filler material in the service, and sometimes the point gets across better when it's just to the point. The singing felt a bit too long as well. I would say it went on for at least an hour if not more. As a musician of 20 years, I would love to help fine-tune their worship songs, because while they are very powerful, some of them become quite repetitive.

This church is the real deal. There are real men and women of God here, and I would not doubt that pastor Leslie will go down as one of God's personal favorites of this generation in this area, however there just needs to be some condensing and fine-tuning here, that way it's more appealing and comfortable to the very lost like myself who are barely hanging in there. If you're already very passionate about the Lord and you get kind of like a high and more energy from singing for him and hearing His word, then the church is definitely for you, however their main message is they are trying to save souls, but what they need to realize is those souls are weak, and the church needs to find a balance between appealing to those who are strong in the Lord, and those who are seeking the Lord.

I mean no disrespect to pastor Leslie and his wife or the congregation here. I have a large amount of respect for you guys, and if you're not too upset about this review, I will probably return one day when I'm stronger, but for now, while I still need an intense in your face message, I'm having to settle for a church who service is about an hour long, and that seems to be the sweet spot for me right now.

God bless you all and I hope this gives you something to think about.

My family has been coming to Oasis for about 8 months. Our lives have changed along with our hearts. This is not a church that has a pastor that makes you feel warm and fuzzy. He speaks truth and love from the pulpit. Oasis has shown me how to love people and realize that our job as the body is to love and let Jesus save. Can't say enough great things about this church. Come here and not only because you believe in Jesus but experience him in his house with awesome people!

I have been going to Oasis for little over a year now, and I can remember my first time experience in Oasis Church being an "at home feeling". The worship and word of God is like no other church I have been to or experienced. I now call Oasis my home church with a unbelievable church family. Thank you Oasis for such a Spirit led, God driven, Hope giving church. Refreshing, Renewal, & Relationships, is our motto and it definitely is just that!!!

My family knew that this was our home the first time we visited. The people are warm, caring, genuine, and love The LORD. The youth and children's ministry are fantastic! Our son plugged into the youth ministry so easily and was accepted and made new friends very quickly and has grown spiritually. This is a church that you won't check your watch because the presence of God is definitely there as the people worship and as the pastor preaches. I'm EXCITED about this church and it's impact on the community. Love it, love it. Thank you LORD for leading us to Oasis Church!!!

My Family and I started going to Oasis a little over 3 years ago. The first time we walked in we were greeted with friendly and welcoming faces. There are not enough words to describe this church and the way they made my family and I feel when we walked in. We felt like family and still do!! We felt at home the first time we walked in and we knew we were exactly where God wanted us to be. The Pastors are more than incredible and have a heart to build true relationships with everyone in their congregation. They are so precious and have been there to encourage, uplift, guide and lead us on countless occasions. I can't say enough about them. I love Oasis Church and I am so honored to a part of what God is doing there!!
