Best CrossFit and weightlifting gym around. Jim is knowledgeable, humble and will get you where you need to be when it comes to CrossFit or Olympic Weightlifting. Definitely worth the drive to come to a place where they treat you like family and everyone's there to support and help each other get better. Biggest rule leave your ego at home and you'll do great things here.

This place, the people who coach, and the community of people who attend Semperfit have changed my life. I was a person who would pay for a gym membership and not go for a year. But when I started at Semperfit, I have been and am being taught how to work my body correctly and prove to myself I can do hard things. I did not have a sense of accomplishment before coming here. Now I do, and it makes me want to accomplish so much more. This box/gym is the true meaning of encouragement and no judgment. The other people who attend are nothing short of amazing and kind hearted. Also, shout out to coach Jim for always going above and beyond for every single person who walks through that door. It has been my safe space physically and mentally to better myself. I could never express how much gratitude I feel for being apart of something so amazing. I would encourage anyone to come and enjoy this experience!!

Definitely an awesome place! I highly recommend this box/gym. A great community with awesome coaches that are knowledgeable and take the time to teach and help. They aren’t just there to make you sweat. Everything done has a purpose and is intentional. Constantly varied high intensity training. Coach Jim and crew - 10/10
