Went to AutoZone first and they didn't have what I needed then after ordering the item, went to pick it up and was wrong size. Staff was more concerned about talking about a fellow employee who was not there than to pay attention to the customer. I thought it was deplorable and distasteful with customers in store. After trying to get my refund on the wrong item for almost 45, got money back, and immediately went to O'Reilly's next door and they had correct item IN STOCK!! Don't think I'll be going to AutoZone anytime soon, I'd rather pay a couple of dollars more than deal with the hassle. Good luck folks

I'm pretty sure in the last couple of weeks I've met EVERY store associate they have while I have been dealing with a pesky brake issue and ordering new suspension parts. The staff has been fantastic, knowledgeable, and friendly towards this transplant. I'll definitely keep going back for all my parts, purely based on their great attitude and friendliness. Nate needs a raise!
