Deep Ellum Auto Glass

I called on a Monday morning and spoke to I’ve been having a tough time finding someone to repair my windshield chips. A lot of runaround incl cxling appts last minute, asking me to send pics and then ghosting me.
Robert not only did he schedule service that day, he came to my house, repaired 2 small chips, was fast, SO nice & did a great job.
When he called to say he was on his way, I noticed it was a different co on the caller iID, than I had called which was Crack Dr. I didn’t confirm, but I assume he’s taken over that co. I’m leaving a review on that site too.

I got a rock chip on my windshield yesterday. I called Deep Ellum Auto Glass and within 2 hours, we met up in a parking lot and he repaired the rock chip in 15 minutes. I'm very satisfied with the work and was able to salvage my original Mercedes Benz windshield.

We've had 2 windshields installed by them over the past year.
No problems with leaks at all.
Great service. The company I work for uses them for all the work vehicles and never had any issues with the installs.
Best thing, their glass does not leak and looks great!
