The staff are very good at what they do. In addition, the prices they charge for the services rendered were very competitive. On top of it they have great demeanor.

Stephen and Rob are the best. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and really do take care of their customers. Shop is in immaculate condition. Took care of my BMW 850GS.

Update 6/10/23:
Stephen and Rob did it again. Took my BMW F850GS for a 12k service including valve check/adjustment. Very happy to know that my valves were in BMW's recomended specification. They also took the time to check and explain about the infamous DLC (diamond like coating) that affects camshaft/rocker arms on some of these GS bikes. I was super excited to know that my bike did not have such issue, all was clean and in awesome condition.

Best service! End of the day, we pulled over with a flat tire just outside of their business. While waiting on the phone for roadside service, they saw our problem and came out to offer assistance. We had a spare, but no jack. Paradigm offered to help, no cost, and we were back on the road in 10 minutes. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Proud to live in this community. We will be bringing all our motorcycle and scooter service needs to Paradigm Powersports. How do you thank people that go out of their way to help you? Still hoping to do more, because we are so grateful to them.

Stephen and Rob are a pleasure to work with and take their customers seriously. Great pricing on parts and labor. Anything I've needed they were able to get for me. Recently installed a new set of tires and they got me in and out quickly. Highly recommend.
