The Premier of Alice

This place has people staffed who seem to care for everyone as if they were taking care of their own family members. I can not sing enough praise for the fine people who work here and their meticulous efforts in providing for their patients.

There are some people who go to work and do their job and go home. And then there others, like the staff at The Premier of Alice who go above and beyond. Literally, every member of staff displays compassion, kindness, and empathy. Each and every one of you are a credit to your profession and should be very proud of what you do. And to add how beautiful, and clean this facility is. If I could give 100 stars I would.

I have worked for two companies that both allowed me to care for residents at the assisted living and memory care, and since I first started caring for the residents there I have always felt so welcome and appreciated. Not only does the staff care so much about their residents but they also care so much for the home health and hospice companies that enter their building. I wish this place was open when my grandma was alive, she would have loved the energy, and warm caring vibes. Thank you so much ladies and of course gents for all that you do. 5/5 stars!

The Premier of Alice Assisted Living Memory Care facility has been absolutely amazing! My father is so happy there! Their staff is wonderful. They have been super helpful, sweet and friendly to my father and our family! They have the best communication! We are extremely happy to have been connected with this facility!
