Well if im at a hardware store its never a good thing but i can tell you this the service and knowledge of the clerks have been nothing less than AWESOME. Always good service.
Klatt Hardware is the an exceptional example of small town living. The one on one at your service ,friendly , knowledgeable, experienced, help that you get from these men ,that have worked there most of their lives, is worth a whole hell of a lot more than what you get and don't get from those chain and big box hardware stores.
While Klatts doesn't carry everything that those stores do ,I can guarantee that theyve got enough there to keep you afloat until you can get the right thing you need.
A great group of small town folk with humble family values.
They're always very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently went into Purchase parts to repair water well plumbing. When I returned home I noticed I was missing two items that I bought. I call them to let them know and they said come in and without even showing a receipt they gladly gave me the two items.
